The Versa Chef’s™ main cooking modes are Air Frying, Bread Making, and Slow Cooking. The Versa Chef™ can also be used for dehydration, rice making, yogurt making, jam, and much more.

1300 Watts. Actual wattage will exceed 90% of power rating at 120V.

Can I adjust cooking time manually?
Yes! You can manually program the PowerXL™ Versa Chef™ to your chosen time and temperature. Alternatively, the Versa Chef has multiple one-touch pre-set functions.

Do I have to use oil?
It is not necessary to use oil to air fry. The PowerXL™ Versa Chef™ cooks food with superheated air instead of oil. You may spray or coat your food with oil as desired for added flavor. Do not pour or spray oil into the unit.

How hot does the PowerXL™ Versa Chef™ get?
The maximum internal temperature of the PowerXL™ Versa Chef™ is 450°F when using the Air Frying/Oven function.

Does the PowerXL™ Versa Chef™ come with recipes?
Yes. Your PowerXL™ Versa Chef™ includes three recipe books with recipes customized for the PowerXL™ Versa Chef’s™ air frying, bread making, and slow cooking functions.
