Horrible company deal with the warranty on this.

We love this blender, which is why we spent the 140 and tax on it one year ago. We liked the 2 yr warranty as well. What we dont like, is when the machine failed us and a very important part on the machine is not working properly.causing rust and leaks and we contacted this company with our concerns and they have stopped engaging with us. Haven't sent us shipping label to return their product for further inspection. So just hope you dont have to use the warranty as this company doesnt care to engage with its customers if they arent hearing what they want to..

Not Great Customer Service

We bought the Blender and it stopped Working within 2 months. For the last 1 month I am trying to get in touch with the Customer Service and they are not responding !!

Love, Love, Love it!!

I've been using the PowerXL Smart Pro Blender for a few weeks now, and I am beyond impressed! This blender has completely exceeded my expectations in every way. Love for smoothies

I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange of an honest review. I have had used a few different blenders throughout the years, including industrial ones. I really love PowerXL Smart Pro Blender for smoothies and other iced drinks. Other blenders often leave the ice cubes unevenly blended and chunky, but this one is fantastic and I especially like it for espresso based drinks. I also appreciate that it's hefty/sturdy and is larger than most blenders. I think the pour is a bit unique in that it's rectangular rather than triangular and pointy, which makes sense for a rather large jar base. I enjoy that it is smart appliance but I'm giving it 4, not 5, stars only because I personally like buttons rather than touch screen.
