IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE
Empower Brands, LLC is conducting a voluntary recall in partnership with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) because the U-shaped connector which connects the two baskets inside of the DUAF-10 Vortex Dual-Basket Air Fryer (10 qt) and DUAF-005 Vortex Dual-Basket Air Fryer (9 qt) can break during use, posing a burn hazard.
We are offering consumers who register a full refund for their DUAF-10 or DUAF-005 for this recall. The model numbers and UPC codes are printed on the bottom of the air fryer or on the unit’s power cord.
