Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

1 lb 16–20-size shrimp, peeled & deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

½ stick unsalted butter, cubed

3 tbsp. white wine

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions
In a casserole dish, add the shrimp and top with the garlic, extra virgin olive oil, butter, and wine.
Place the casserole dish in the air fryer’s basket. Select the Fish preset. Set the cooking temperature to 390° F/199° C and the cooking time to 5 minutes. Start the cooking process.
When the cooking time is complete, remove the shrimp scampi and add the lemon juice and parsley before serving.
