1 3-lb chicken

1 tsp. granulated garlic

1 tsp. granulated onion

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. ground black pepper

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. dried rosemary

1 tsp. dried thyme

Olive oil spray
Directions
In a bowl, combine the granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt, black pepper, paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Rub the chicken with the seasoning mixture.
Place the chicken in the air fryer’s basket. Select the Chicken preset. Set the cooking temperature to 325° F/163° C and the cooking time to 40 minutes. Start the cooking process.
After 25 minutes of cooking time have passed, flip the chicken and spray it with the olive oil.
When an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165° F/74° C, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
