Mixed Berry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

4 large eggs

2 large yolks

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup sugar

3 cups half and half

3 cups cubed leftover bread

2 cups mixed berries
Directions
Place the eggs, yolks, vanilla, sugar, and half and half in a bowl and mix together well.
Soak the bread in the mixture for 20 minutes.
Fold the berries into the mixture. Pour the mixture into the Bread Pan.
Set the appliance to the Air Fryer/Oven mode. Select the Bake setting. Set the cooking temperature to 300° F and the cooking time to 45 minutes. Let the appliance preheat.
When the appliance has preheated, place the Bread Pan in the appliance. Cook until the bread pudding is golden.
When the bread pudding is done, remove and let cool for 1 hour before serving.
Serving suggestion: Serve with whipped cream and raspberry sauce.
