Pulled Pork with Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 pork tenderloin, cut into 6 equal pieces

¾ tbsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp cumin, ground

½ tsp coriander, ground

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp paprika
-
1 cup water
-
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 cup BBQ sauce
-
Slow cook on high 4 hours
Directions
In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings and rub on the pork.
Select the SLOW COOK preset and use the default High temperature setting at High for 4 hours. Add all the ingredients except the BBQ sauce. Press START.
After 3 hours, select the STIR LOW setting, and add the BBQ sauce.
When the pork is shredded, serve on rolls or in tacos.
