Ingredients
FILLING

6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced

¾ cup granulated sugar

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 stick salted butter

2 tsp ground cinnamon
CRISP TOPPING

½ cup all-purpose flour
-
¾ cup brown sugar
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup rolled oats
-
4 tbsp salted butter
Directions
Select the SAUTÉ preset, use default 10 minutes, press START, and use the default STIR LOW setting. Once preheated, add the butter and melt. Add the apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon and cover. Turn the Stir setting to STIR LOW after 3 minutes. Cook until apples are coated and slightly soft.
Pour apple mixture into an oven-safe pan.
In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar and flour until crumbly. Add the cinnamon and oats and mix well.
Preheat an oven to 375˚F.
Pour the topping onto the apple mixture. Put into the oven and cook until slightly golden or about 30 minutes. Serve.
