Ingredients

¼ tsp. salt

1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper

¼ cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp. chopped cilantro

2 tbsp. lime zest

2 tbsp. lime juice

1 lb. U15 shrimp, peeled & deveined
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and reserve for 30 mins. in the refrigerator.
Place the Grill Plate on the appliance and preheat the Grill to 350° F/177° C.
Place the shrimp on the Grill Plate and grill the shrimp until cooked through (3–5 mins.).
