Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

2 ½ cups flour

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

2 cups buttermilk

2 eggs

¼ cup melted butter
-
1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup blueberries
Directions
Place the Griddle Plate on the appliance and preheat the Grill to 350° F/177° C.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Combine the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Slowly whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Let the mixture stand for 3 mins. to finish the batter.
Scoop ¼ cup of batter on to the Griddle Plate for each pancake.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp. blueberries over the top of each pancake and cook until fluffy and browned.
