Pizza Dough in Smartsynx™ Duplex Oven
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp. fast-acting yeast
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
Directions
In a stand mixer, add the yeast and water. Top with the flour and the rest of the ingredients
Mix until the dough forms a ball.
Cut the dough into 4 balls and cover with plastic wrap.
Let it rise about 1 hour before using.
Refrigerate or freeze any unused pizza dough.
