No-Knead Bread in Smartsynx™ Duplex Oven

Ingredients

1 cup water

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp. sea salt
Directions
In a medium size bowl, mix all the ingredients and set aside covered on your counter for 10 hours.
Divide the dough in half and roll into French bread on a floured surface.
Sprinkle the Baking Pan with corn meal and place the bread onto the pan.
Set the Upper Oven to Convection Bake and set cooking temperature to 400° F. Set the cooking time to 15 minutes and press Start. Once the oven is preheated, slide the Baking Pan onto a wire rack in the Upper Oven.
When the bread is golden, remove and let it cool before
serving.
