Buttermilk Dressing

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup buttermilk
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 shallot, peeled
1 clove garlic, peeled
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 sprig tarragon
Directions
Place the ingredients into the pitcher and secure the lid with cap.
Press Power button, set to Speed 6 using the +/- buttons and press Start until dressing is blended.
