-
1 tbsp. Red Rub (From Seasonings Recipe)
-
1 orange, cut into wedges
-
½ cup orange marmalade
-
¼ cup orange juice
-
¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Directions
Rub the tenderloins with the Red Rub. Place the tenderloins in a circle in the Fry Basket. Place the orange wedges in the center of the Fry Basket.
Select the Roast function. Cook at 375° F for 25 minutes.
While the tenderloins cook, place a small pot on the stove top. Add the orange marmalade, orange juice, sauces, ginger, and garlic powder. Bring the mixture to a boil for 3 minutes and then remove the pot from the heat.
When the cooking time is complete, brush the pork with the glaze from the pot. Cook at 375° F until the desired doneness is reached (about 10 more minutes).
