Grilled Filet Mignon with Maître d’Hôtel Butter

Maître d’Hôtel Butter

1 stick butter, room temperature

1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

¼ tsp. pink sea salt

¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Filet Mignon
-
4 6-oz beef tenderloins
-
2 tbsp. sea salt
-
2 tsp. ground black pepper
-
3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
To make the Maître d’Hôtel Butter:
Combine the Maître d’Hôtel Butter ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer the Maître d’Hôtel Butter to a container. Refrigerate the Maître d’Hôtel Butter until you are ready to cook the Filet Mignon.
To make the Filet Mignon:
Place the Grill Plate in the Fry Basket. Select the Grill function. Let the appliance preheat.
While the appliance preheats, rub the tenderloins with the salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
When the appliance is ready, place the tenderloins on the Grill Plate. Cook at 390° F for 15 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, open the Fry Basket. Place a piece of the Maître d’Hôtel Butter on each filet. Slide the Fry Basket back into the appliance and let the butter melt for 1 minute before removing and serving.
