Ingredients

1 rack baby back ribs, trimmed

1 tbsp. Everyday Rub (From Seasonings Recipe)

½ tsp. cumin
-
¼ cup barbeque sauce

Crispy fried onions
Directions
Place the ribs on a cutting board. Fold the rib into a circle with the flesh inside the circle. Wrap butcher’s twine around the ribs to secure them in a circle.
Combine the Everyday Rub and cumin in a bowl. Rub the ribs all over with the rub.
Place the ribs in the Fry Basket.
Cook at 275° F for 1 hour.
When the cooking time is complete, flip the ribs and continue cooking at 275° F for another 40 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, thoroughly brush the ribs all over with the barbeque sauce.
Continue cooking at 275° F for another 20 minutes.
Optional: While the ribs finish cooking, prepare the Mac & Cheese. When the cooking time is complete, cook the Mac & Cheese.
Serving suggestion: Top the ribs with the Mac & Cheese and garnish with the crispy fried onions.
