Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

2 5-oz chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

2 tsp. fajita or taco seasoning

1 red pepper, sliced ½ inch thick

1 green pepper, sliced ½ inch thick

½ yellow pepper, sliced ½ inch thick

1 small onion, sliced ¼ inch thick

3 tbsp. olive oil

6 8-inch tortillas, warmed

½ cup sour cream
-
1 cup shredded cheddar
-
¾ cup guacamole
-
1 cup tomato salsa
-
Sliced jalapeños
Directions
Toss the chicken with the seasoning in a bowl.
Toss the peppers and onion with the olive oil in a separate bowl. Add the chicken to the bowl and mix.
Pour the chicken, peppers, and onion into the Fry Basket.
Select the Chicken preset. Cook at 375° F for 15 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, serve with the tortillas, sour cream, cheddar, guacamole, salsa, and sliced jalapeños.
