2 4-oz salmon fillets

2 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. Fish Rub (From Seasonings Recipe)

3 lemon slices

½ lb asparagus

2 tbsp. olive oil

½ tsp. seasoned salt
Directions
Combine the brown sugar and Fish Rub Seasoning in a bowl.
Place the salmon in the Fry Basket. Rub the salmon with the brown sugar rub. Add the lemon slices to the Fry Basket.
Toss the asparagus with the olive oil and seasoned salt in a bowl. Place the asparagus to the side of the salmon in the Fry Basket.
Select the Fish preset. Cook at 380° F for 10 minutes.
Serve the salmon with the asparagus.
